I upped my exercise a tad today . working on the upper arms and the legs I need to be able to walk good but right now am slow and wobbly. am improving every day . I figure another two weeks and I should be in good shape . The chest is still a bit sore but it has been cut in two . it is healing up well , about smoothed over good .

Awesome. Sounds like a good recovery!

I stayed up all night to see where the sun went. Then it dawned on me.

Glad too be back I am chomping at the bit to be normal again, it seems it is taking for ever. I had to back off for awhile as I got to hurting to much in the belly part . Have been resting the last two days and it is helping so I figure maybe a few more weeks and I should be doing well. can't wait to get into battle hymn of the republican LOL .

I may be a bit longer and take it real easy for a few weeks . it is feeling like it might take a bit more this time .
If you don't hear from me for awhile I will be fine just taking ,longer ,.I am just really tired .

Hang in there Ken!

BTW, I noticed you have over 1000 posts. Just in time to transition to the new system and start back over :D

My number of posts reflects how I am in everyday life. Not much of a talker, more of a listener. Which is why I like to hang around people that do talk a lot! :D
